The ARC Training Centre for Innovative Wine Production invites members of the Barossa Valley wine industry to join us on the morning of Wednesday 20 November, when Centre researchers will present their latest findings.  Centre Director, Professor Vladimir Jiranek, will also provide an overview of the Centres history and current aims.

Presentations will cover topics relevant to both winemaking and viticulture including:

  • An integrated approach to achieving lower alcohol levels in wine
  • Characterising the distinctive flavours of Cabernet Sauvignon
  • Managing berry heterogeneity
  • Exploiting the indigenous microbiology of grapes

Guests will also have the opportunity to network with members of the Centre over morning tea and an optional lunch
